Ÿ         For the frail elderly, not eating well, not physically active, immune systems slowing down, studies show extra nutrients like Vitamin E will help immunity.

Ÿ         Nothing is more powerful at boosting immunity than regular moderate exercise.

Ÿ         Every time you exercise the first line of defense (natural killer cells) circulate at a higher level and remain elevated for about 3 hours.

Bottom Line - Don’t be mislead by advertising that suggests that foods or supplements will affect your immunity. Exercise regularly!
